One of the better podcasts about the macro environment/- s serious host interviewing serious people — great resource .

Think I got the gist of this one. Talk about conspiracies and revolution every day so one day you will be right. Fear sells. Really strange analysis on this podcast.

Quality and content have gradually declined over time but I still have hope that Eric will return this show to its former glory, just not yet.

Brent johnson says nothing but cliches and people get so excited: brent says he can buy starbucks in guam with usd. Wow. Oh brent said his uber drivers likes usd tips best... oh brent. Real thoughtful Brent says cliches: the world changing "i think"

I used to love listening to this show every week, but I got tired of Erik Townsend pushing a larger war with either the US or China…. End of the world, runaway inflation etc. etc each and every week. I stopped listening, but this was the first episode I’ve listened to in a year, and guess what hasn’t changed? His perspective.

As someone that has never rated any podcast below 5 stars I can’t stand the host and his constant pandering of his ignorant, biased opinions. I don’t know a single person that suffers through the whole podcast anymore. We all tune in for the guests, which happen to be the only redeeming part of this podcast. Stop shoving your political and market ignorance down our throats when great minds are talking. You’ve been consistently wrong on everything you spew for over a year with no hint of showing that you can pivot or actually be open minded. Do everyone a favor and just cut the podcast down to the guest segments already.
